Definitely, without a doubt order The Onion. If you can't find the actual CD in a local music dealer somewhere, you want to order this.
I picked it up a few weeks back at one of his shows in Helotes, TX and it is a great album. Most of the songs you'll have heard since he put them up on his myspace page, but it's so much more rewarding to own the album and listen to it in the car, in your house, at work, wherever.

I have been listening to Mike McClure sing since his Great Divide days and every cd he puts out gets better. I live in Granbury and I am pretty agitated that I cannot find his Onion CD ANYWHERE. So...Im about to order it. I've been listening to his new songs on myspace and I can't wait for the full album. Thanks MMB for the great music.

love the new cd. i bought the boohatch project off itunes and LOVED nowhere woman. i am so glad it was included on this record. the first time i heard the funeral on myspace i fell in love. its just a great rockin song. his writing skills never cease to amaze me. the songs are so familiar already, it feels like i have known them my whole life.
