Do I have to sign up for an account to buy CDs or whatever?
No. You can still checkout using the same simple one-page checkout we've always had. And if you change your mind creating an account during the checkout process is as easy as one click.

What are the benefits of creating an LSM account?
You'll have access to advanced order tracking, Rewards points info and easier checkout. You'll also have access to future enhancements that are in the works right now including wishlists, address book, gift registry and more!

I've created an account, but I still have to enter my credit card info with each order. Why?
For your protcetion and in preparation for future credit card security regulations, we do not keep your full credit card information stored in our online database.

I have requested my password, but I'm still unable to login. Help!
This is usually one of two things:

• Passwords are case-sensitive. Please make sure your CAPS LOCK key is not on.
• You must click the login button. Hitting the ENTER KEY will not log you into your account.
